We started out the week reading fiction and non fiction books about frogs. We created many post-it note charts to show our understanding. Thanks to Step into Second Grade for some awesome frog activities to add to our week.
In writing, we wrote Frog Facts. We included all the facts we learned this week about frogs. We also discussed the life cycle of a frog to combine sequence of events and science.
We have been rocking division in math. We have been working in small groups and with partners to improve our skills.
Next we will be focusing on the main idea of a story, shapes and plants. See y'all next week.
